1. Identity and Legal Framework
This website is owned and operated by the Panhellenic Puzzle Association (hereinafter the “Association”), which operates in accordance with Greek legislation governing associations.
Access to and use of the website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use. In the event of disagreement, the user must immediately discontinue use.
2. Purpose of the Website
The website provides:
- Information regarding the activities and events of the Association
- The ability to register and renew membership electronically
- Announcements, updates, and promotional material
- The ability to make electronic payments
The Association reserves the right to modify or discontinue services without prior notice.
3. Formation and Duration of Membership
Membership is acquired upon:
- Completion of the online application
- Express acceptance of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
- Successful completion of payment
Membership is valid for 365 days from payment confirmation.
The Association reserves the right to reject or revoke membership in cases of violation of the Articles of Association, internal regulations, or these Terms.
4. Financial Transactions
Payments are processed via Stripe, which acts as an independent data processor.
The Association:
- Does not store credit or debit card details
- Does not process card numbers
- Bears no responsibility for technical issues related to the payment platform
Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content is protected under Greek Law 2121/1993 and applicable European intellectual property legislation.
Any reproduction, republication, or commercial exploitation without prior written consent of the Association is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Association shall not be liable for:
- Interruption or malfunction of the website
- Data loss
- Cyberattacks
- Acts or omissions of third-party providers
- Force majeure events
The Association’s liability is strictly limited to cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Greek Law.
The courts of the Association’s registered seat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
